Care and time was taken to make sure that I was able to manage my condition. Jo explained clearly how to apply the bag. She made sure that they were cut to the correct size. She answered all my questions clearly so that I was confident that I would be able to manage.
The ordering of prescription could be explained more clearly.

Jo is a very caring and compassionate nurse who listens and is always just a phone call away. She will help you anyway that she can. A great attribute to the stoma service.
She took the time to explain about the questions I asked and re-assured me about the process, this gave me confidence and an understanding of what was happening.
I found the nurse to be friendly, and exercised good care practices whilst I was under her tuition, also placed the order for more supplies and gave me good advice.
